ETNA STONE AND DESIGN has its registered office in Milan and extracts the basalt rock from our quarry located in southern ITALY in Sicily, Catania, on the slopes of the Etna Volcano.
The lava basalt we extract is a stone that dates back to a volcanic eruption in 1870. This eruption is famous because it generated a very high quality rock, very resistant, compact and of a gray color.
ETNA STONE AND DESIGN produces regular and shapeless blocks, slabs, interior and exterior coverings, statues, furnishing accessories and offers a 3D modeling service for the creation of design objects in lava stone.
